HOW DOES ART CHARITY RAFFLES WORK?
ACR provides a platform to promote artists’ work and the raffles that ACR runs will raise money through your purchase of raffle tickets and donations that will fund artists’ work, benefit charities and fund promotional and transactional costs.
HOW DO I ENTER A RAFFLE VIA ACR?
All raffles will run between the dates (inclusive) set out on the individual raffle page. You will not be able to enter the raffle after the closing date.
You do not have to purchase a ticket for the prize draft in order to enter a raffle list on Art Charity Raffles and can enter for free via a postal entry, more details are below.
By using ACR and taking part in any Raffle via our website you acknowledge that these terms will apply. You also confirm that when acting on behalf of a business you have authority to bind them to these terms. If this is not the case, you should not enter into a raffle via ACR.
When you purchase a ticket to enter a charity raffle via our website, we will ensure that at least 15% of the proceeds are paid, without deduction, to the Artist’s chosen charity with the balance of the proceeds directed to the Artist after deducting our fee which is dependent on the individual arrangement made between ACR and the Artist.
For the avoidance of doubt, postal entries do not impact the artists’ or charities’ share of proceeds, nor will these entries impact the fundraising targets set out on their relevant raffle page.
You must create an account the first time that you wish to enter one of our raffles online. When you register for an account on ACR you must ensure that all information you provide to us is accurate and kept up to date.
You must keep your account details safe. Any piece of information as part of our security procedures including your username and password must be treated as confidential. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password at any time. If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your user identification code or password, you must promptly notify us at [email protected] .
Please note, unless stated in these terms once you purchase a raffle ticket we will not be able to provide you with a refund, even if you realise you are ineligible to win the prize!
All details relating to a specific raffle will be listed on the relevant page on our website including:
